Hawzah News Agency (Pakistan) – In a meeting with Pakistani Muslim scholars, Iranian supreme leader's representative in Pakistan Hujjat al-Islam Sayyed Sajed Ali Naqavi stressed the issue of Palestine and said, "Since establishment of the Zionist Regime, founder of Pakistan Muhammad Ali Jinnah believed that Israel was an illegitimate usurper regime ."
Pointing out United Nations' recent al-Quds resolution in which the international community overwhelmingly condemned Trump's decision to recognize Jerusalem al-Quds as the new capital of Zionist Regime, Hujjat al-Islam Naqavi asserted that such resolution proves the illegitimacy of Israel as a usurper regime and it strengthened Muslim community's stance to support al-Quds.
Head of Pakistani Islamic Movement further reiterated that the best solution to reach world peace is to respect basic rights of different religions and sects around the world; "The security of the Middle East cannot be improved unless the Palestinian issue is resolved." Hujjat al-Islam Naqavi concluded.
It must be noted that the countries that recently voted against the United States and Israel at the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA) represented more than 90 percent of the world’s population, signifying how heavily world opinion is balanced against Washington and Tel Aviv on the Palestinian issue.
